1994 trat Julia Fandler in den Familienbetrieb ein und übernahm 2006 nach dem viel zu frühen Tod von Robert Fandler die Geschäftsführung der Ölmühle. Doch Julia ging mit Entschlossenheit an ihr Erbe heran. Denn starke Frauen haben in der Ölmühle Fandler ebenso Tradition wie die Liebe der Fandlers zu feinsten Ölen, höchster Qualität und Reinheit. Mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl und Leidenschaft widmet sie sich seither nicht nur der Erzeugung charakterstarker, geschmacksintensiver Öle, sondern erneuerte und erweiterte auch schrittweise den Betrieb. Julia Fandler lebt dabei eine Unternehmenskultur, die auf flachen Hierarchien und viel Menschlichkeit aufbaut.
Seit 1926 und bereits in vierter Generation produziert die Ölmühle Fandler im Naturpark Pöllau in der Steiermark hochwertige kaltgepresste Öle. Inzwischen umfasst der Fandler-Sortenreichtum fast 50 Öle. Fandler Öle werden nach dem traditionellen Stempelpressverfahren hergestellt, dieses ist zwar aufwändiger als andere Methoden und erfordert viel Erfahrung. Doch kein anderes Pressverfahren entlockt den Kernen und Samen so behutsam ihr köstliches Öl. Gut zu wissen: Bei Fandler werden alle Öle schonend kaltgepresst, ohne zusätzliches Erhitzen und Reibungswärme. So bleiben die wertvollen Bestandteile, Fettsäuren und Vitamine ebenso erhalten wie der sortentypische Duft, der unverfälschte Geschmack und die natürliche Farbe.
